Different Types of Floor Lamps
Torchiere
Torchiere lamps are tall, thin lamps that usually have a dome-shaped shade at the top and a round base at the bottom. These lamps provide ambient lighting and can brighten up dark corners or highlight certain pieces of furniture.
Tripod

Arc

Uplight
